You can avoid encountering this error by:
- Entering your Dragon Project ID and password accurately.
- Typing your Dragon Project ID and password manually (avoid copying and pasting)
- Checking if there are no spaces before and after your Dragon Project ID.
If these do not resolve the issue, contact our Customer Support and provide the following details:
- Your Hunter ID
- Hunter name and level
- Answer to your secret question
