I didn’t receive the items I bought. What should I do?

Purchased items usually arrive once you buy them but delivery can take a while (up to 24 hours) if payment needs further verification.

However, if your items are still not delivered after 24 hours, contact our Customer Support and submit the following details:

  • Name of the item(s) you bought
  • Transaction receipt
  • E-mail address you used for the transaction
