How will I know which figurines currently have the "Rates Up"?

There are three (3) ways to know if there is a running "Rates Up" event:

1. There is a pop-up notification of the figurine with "Rates Up".
2. A "Star" symbol is displayed on the franchise when you are in the Figurine selection screen. This means a "Rates Up" figurine is available under that franchise.
3. There is a "Rates Up" symbol on the actual figurine eligible for the event.
